Test page for the JADPN site to see if the title has the correct background

Today’s test in the ADPN shows that the colored background is present, yet the title shows twice – once in the colored background and again on the top of the page.

This is redundant. Any efforts to change this on my end truncates the title page. We will see how this looks.
